At The Guitar Collective, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request order cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.

A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total order value for all approved cancellations.

Cancellation requests will be processed only after confirmation from our team regarding the order status.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Refund Process

For approved cancellations (before dispatch), the refund will be issued after deducting the 5% cancellation fee.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Return & Replacement for Damaged Products

All products at The Guitar Collective go through a quality check before dispatch. We ensure products are packed securely to reduce the risk of damage during transit.

However, in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping due to courier handling or other factors beyond our control.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To claim replacement for damaged products, customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video.

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package
  • Clearly show the sealed package
  • Show the condition of the product while opening

This video acts as proof for verifying transit damage.

However, in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping due to courier handling or other factors beyond our control.

Reporting Damaged Product

If a product is received in damaged condition, customers must inform us within 24 hours of delivery by sharing the unboxing video.

Requests submitted without proper video proof or after the specified time may not be accepted.

Claim Approval

After receiving the request:

  • Our team will review the provided proof
  • If the claim is verified and approved, we will provide a replacement

After approval:

  • Replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost
  • Pickup will be arranged for the damaged product

  • Approval of return or replacement depends on verification of the provided proof
  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet policy requirements
  • Refunds are not applicable after the order has been shipped, except in approved damaged product cases
