Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, The Guitar Collective provides free shipping on all orders. Delivery is subject to service availability in your area.

Which courier partners do you use?

We use reliable courier partners such as Delhivery and Skywiz to deliver orders across India.

How many days does order processing take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Some products may require additional time for quality checks before dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be shared with you. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.

What if my pin code is not serviceable?

Orders can only be delivered to serviceable pin codes. If your location is classified as remote or restricted by courier partners, delivery may not be possible. Please contact us before placing the order if you are unsure.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the order value.

Can I cancel my order after it is shipped?

No, once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

When will I receive my refund after cancellation?

For approved cancellations (before dispatch), refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Can I cancel the order if delivery is delayed?

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, unless the delay exceeds 15 days from the dispatch date.

What happens if I enter wrong address details?

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details. Incorrect address or pin code may cause delivery delays or delivery failure.
